Jo
Ann Alter co-founded Art on Site in the fall of
2004. In addition, she is the president of Jo Ann
Alter Fine Arts, an art consulting firm, which
advises and facilitates the formation of art collections
for businesses and private collectors. Ms. Alter
founded Jo Ann Alter Fine Arts in the mid-1970s,
completing art programs and projects for such
companies as CBS, Oppenheimer & Co.,
Los Angeles Times, Republic National Bank and Baron
Capital. She is a member of the Contemporary Art
Acquisitions Committee for the Israel Museum. The
collections created by Jo Ann Alter been published
in Interiors, The Designer and The New York Times.

Ellen Deutsch has been active in New York City’s
art world for more than 30 years. She was the Associate
Director of two major galleries, Perls Galleries
and Richard Gray Gallery, New York. Ms. Deutsch
is a private art dealer and consultant in 20th
Century and contemporary paintings, drawings, and
photographs. She works with both individual collectors
and corporate collections. She has worked at Christie’s,
American Crafts Museum, and the International Center
of Photography. Ms. Deutsch started leading artists’ studio
tours in the fall of 2003 and co-founded Art on
Site in September 2004.
